| PRODUCT WARNING
CRT monitors with Sony Triniton tubes give a very sharp picture
display but they do have one disadvantage. The difference between a Trinitron tube and
most other tubes is that the Trinitron uses an aperture grille instead of a shadow mask
for creating the image on the screen. The result is a picture with less image
distortion and less glare than most other monitors. However, if you look very closely at a
Trinitron screen, you should see one or two hardy visible very thin dark horizontal lines
that span the width of the screen. These lines are small wires that support the aperture
grille. Because of the display quality we actively search out and buy Triniton tubed monitors and as a consequence most of our current 21" CRT
monitors in stock use Triniton technology. Some people like Trinitons others don't.
You might be one of a very small minority of people that do wish
your monitor viewing pleasure to be troubled by very faint and hardly visible horizontal
lines, in which case PLEASE check with one of our
staff and ask for a demonstration before buying a CRT monitor from us.
